Before harvesting, our growers conduct precise quality assessments. Measurements such as sugar content, acidity, and internal ripeness ensure that only the best mangoes are selected. Uniquely, our mangoes are left to ripen on the tree for about two weeks longer than usual. This extended ripening process increases the natural sugar levels, resulting in a richer flavor and optimal eating quality.

The harvest season lasts approximately three months. During this period, cultivation follows strict sustainable practices. Water use is minimized, and targeted pruning techniques help extend the life of the trees and maintain consistent production.

Our mangoes are grown in carefully selected regions such as South America and West Africa, where the climate provides ideal growing conditions. The trees begin bearing fruit after four to six years. First, they bloom with vibrant flowers, followed by the slow development of the mangoes. At the start of each growing cycle, older trees are pruned with care to preserve their vitality and ensure high fruit quality.
